• You may use the digital images for personal projects only.

• You may use the digital stamps for greeting cards, scrapbooking, labels, tags, etc. but they must be hand made by you, not to be mass-produced digitally.

 

• You may sell the finished cards, labels or tags that you have hand made using the digital stamp. Persons creating hand-stamped items for sale are responsible for complying with any state, territorial, or local business and tax regulations.

 

• You are not allowed to share, re-sell or giveaway the digital stamps/ files in any form or shape. These images may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means-graphic, electronic, or mechanical-including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited.

 

• Digital stamps are also not allowed for Class purposes. This means you are not allowed to redistribute nor print these digital stamps to give away as class materials without previous written permission from Alicia Bel Benet. You cannot use in online courses.

 

• The digital stamps may not be made into rubber, clear stamps, and stickers or cut files (MTC, SVG, etc.).

 

• Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds will be provided.

 

• You may not use any of the designs to create items such as logos, business materials (such as business cards, postcards, etc.) trademarks, layout designs for other websites or blogs., embroidery designs, Zazzle or Café Press designs, etc.

 

• When you purchase the digital stamps you agree with all these terms.
